FAULTY GOODS
- Goods may not be returned without prior authorisation from Coffeee.net.
- Goods that are destroyed will not be credited.
- Goods returned for credit must be accompanied by an invoice number against which the goods were originally supplied and date purchased by consumer.
- No liability can be accepted for loss of or damage to goods returned by the Customer.
- If there is any discrepancy between goods advised as returned and the actual goods received, Coffeee.net will only credit the goods actually received.
- The products must be in their original carton or a suitable alternative
- The product must be complete (e.g. no missing mains lead)
- The product must be clearly marked with the Customer name
- The fault or damage must be clearly labeled on the product – ‘faulty’ is not specific enough
- If the product is manufactured by Magimix then a Magimix returns note must be filled in and attached to the product.
- An authorisation number for the return must be obtained from Customer Services, contact returns@coffeee.net
- If a replacement has been requested to send as a direct dispatch, a second carriage charge will apply.
GOOD STOCK
- Any requests for good stock to be returned must be authorised by Coffeee.net and a charge of £10 will be applied for the cost of the return label; and is subject to a 12% handling charge.
- The original carriage charge will not be credited.
- Goods must be returned to us in a 100% re-saleable condition, (i.e. product must not be labeled or priced)
FAULTY PRODUCTS OVER 28 DAYS
It is advisable for any consumer that has a query with a product to contact the manufacturer consumer helpline for advice on using their machine before returning it, to ensure any items being rejected for credit noting the date and who you spoke to.
Manufacturers guarantee after 28 days of purchase and up to one year is an in-guarantee repair not an exchange or refund.
You should ring the specific manufacturer’s helpline to find out the address of their nearest service agent.
If the manufacturer then tells you for any reason to exchange the product, then an authorisation number must be obtained from the manufacturer and clearly marked on the product being returned.

GAGGIA BRAND (under PHILIPS)
Following Philips taking over the distribution of the Gaggia Brand, the returns policy is as follows:
Under 28 days
Philips will only accept machines for credit if they are FAULTY and have been returned to the retailer within 28 DAYS from date of purchase. Returns should be complete as sold, including accessories. A copy purchase receipts should accompany any returns documentation and a specific reason for return detailed.
Over 28 days – 2 years
Many suspected faults can be resolved over the phone. If this is not possible Philips will collect, repair and return the machine direct from the customers address; speedily and free of charge, as long as it is within the scope of the warranty.

KITCHENAID
Espresso Maker Two year guarantee
Should the consumer wish to discuss a possible fault with a machine the KitchenAid helpline team are available on 0800 381 04026.
If the consumer rings KitchenAid Customer Services 0845 6011 287, they will collect from the consumers address, carry out the repair and deliver the appliance back to the consumer within 10 days.
MAGIMIX - NO PRODUCTS TO BE RETURNED TO COFFEEE.NET OVER 28 DAYS OLD

Gold Seal service is offered on L’expresso coffee machines. In the event of a fault the consumer should ring 01483 427411 and a member of the customer care team will carryout some trouble shooting. If the fault is not resolved, necessary arrangements will be made for collection and return to you following a repair, subject to the product being securely packed in its original carton or other suitable packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
IMPORTANT – Nespresso Coffee Machines - Nespresso have an exclusive collection service for its members, which is only available to you when you contact Nespresso direct on 0800 442 442. Nespresso arrange to collect the machine from you and at the same time leave a loan machine for use. You must deal direct with Nespresso and have the machine at your home to qualify for the loan machine.
Any Magimix product returned to Cofeee.net that has not got a Magimix returns note attached and is not within the 28 day period will be rejected by Magimix and returned to the store and a £10.00 handling charge will be raised per product. Incomplete product or badly and dangerously packed product will not be accepted for credit. Magimix inspects all products sent back before a credit is authorised.
NESPRESSO MACHINES
For all Krups, Magimix, and Siemens Nespresso machines over 28 days, the consumer will need to contact Nespresso on 0800 442 442 – see above for more details.
PANASONIC
Panasonic inspects all products sent back to Coffeee.net. We can only accept products that are under 90 days old. Any product not within this 90 day period must be referred to Panasonic for repair directly from you.
Any item being returned must have full details of the fault, date sold, date returned and the Coffeee.net name as the Company you purchased from. Failure to disclose these details will result in Panasonic rejecting the product and it will be returned to you.
PHILIPS
Full model numbers must be provided e.g. HD4644/00/A or HR1363/00/AD.
