A favourite in South Africa, yet rarely exported, Taylors of Harrogate discovered the Ntingwe tea estate in the hills of Kwazulu Natal in the 1990’s and have been fans of the estate since then. Using a warmed tea pot add one teaspoon of tea per person and an extra for good measure, add boiled water and infuse for 4 to 5 minutes. Serve with or without milk. |
