A special tea created for a special time of year, this black tea is blended with lemon and orange peels, decorated with warming cinnamon and a dash of safflower petals. Using a warmed tea pot add one teaspoon of tea per person and an extra for good measure, add boiled water and infuse for 4 to 5 minutes, best served without milk or sweeten it up with some sugar or honey.
