A classic speciality tea made with the finest black China Congou leaf to offer up a fresh, bergamot flavour with a citrus twist. Enjoy on its own, add milk or with a slice of lemon. Using a warmed tea pot add one teaspoon of tea per person and an extra for good measure, add boiled water and infuse for 4 to 5 minutes. Enjoy with or without milk or try it with lemon. |
